Terms of Service

Welcome to BeHer. BeHer is a daily affirmations app designed to help women grow, heal and become the best version of themselves through personalised affirmations, journalling and daily mindset tools. By using BeHer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BeHer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

BeHer provides a personalised daily affirmations feed, gratitude journal, Her Wall goal board, customisable daily notifications, home and lock screen widgets, 21 background themes and streak tracking.

3. No Account Required

All data including name, topics, favourites, journal entries, Her Wall goals, notification settings and streak data is stored locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a subscription processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, your subscription begins automatically.

6. Notifications

BeHer uses local notifications for daily affirmations. These can be managed in iOS Settings. We are not responsible for missed notifications due to device settings.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully. You must not reverse engineer, copy, or circumvent any subscription controls.

8. Age Requirements

BeHer is intended for users aged 13 and over. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors.

9. Third-Party Services

BeHer integrates with Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell user data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including data loss or device issues.

12. Intellectual Property

All content including affirmations, design, branding and code is owned by or licensed to BeHer. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit any part of the App without permission.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BeHer at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the App.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Apple App Store Terms

BeHer is distributed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and BeHer only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
