BeHer ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information BeHer accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected when you use the app. By using BeHer, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Access

App Settings and Preferences — your name, selected affirmation topics, favourites, gratitude journal entries, Her Wall goals, theme preferences, notification settings and streak data. This data is stored locally on your device only.

Notification Data — local notifications are scheduled on-device based on your preferences. No notification content is transmitted to our servers.

Analytics and Diagnostics — app events, device model, iOS and app version, subscription events and crash diagnostics. We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information through these tools.

2. How We Use Information

We use information accessed by BeHer to personalise your affirmations feed, operate app features, display your progress and streaks, improve app reliability, diagnose crashes and manage subscriptions. We do not sell personal data.

3. Affirmations and Journal Data

All affirmation preferences, favourites, gratitude journal entries and Her Wall content are stored locally on your device only. This data is not used for advertising, marketing profiles, data brokerage or resale.

4. Third-Party Services

BeHer uses Apple's App Store for distribution and payment processing, and RevenueCat for subscription management. Personal data is not shared with these services unless required for functionality. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Storage

All personal preference and journal data is stored locally on your device. Anonymous analytics may be processed by third-party providers in other jurisdictions.

6. Your Choices and Controls

All app permissions including notifications can be managed or revoked at any time in your iOS Settings. You can uninstall the app at any time, which will remove all locally stored data from your device.

7. Data Deletion

No account is required to use BeHer, so all personal data lives on your device. To request deletion of any anonymous analytics data contact hello@beher.app.

8. Children's Privacy

BeHer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International Users

Anonymous analytics data may be processed in jurisdictions outside of your own. By using the App you consent to this processing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by changing the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
